Does this rifle come with scope rings or a rail?
No, it does not. The receiver is drilled and tapped for standard Browning A-Bolt bases. You’ll need to buy bases and rings separately. We stock several options if you need help picking a set.
Is the trigger adjustable without a gunsmith?
Yes. The Feather Trigger has a small hex screw inside the trigger housing. You can adjust pull weight from roughly 3 to 5 pounds yourself. Just go slow and check with a trigger scale if you have one.
What’s the actual weight difference between this and a synthetic stock AB3?
Our scale shows this walnut-stocked Hunter weighs about 6.5 oz more than the synthetic-stocked version. The walnut adds a little heft but balances nicely for off-hand shooting.
