Unfired firearms (3-day return window)
Unfired firearms may be returned within 3 business days of FFL transfer for a full refund minus the outbound shipping cost. The firearm must arrive at our Indianapolis warehouse in original condition with all packaging, manuals and accessories.
Fired firearms (final sale)
Once a firearm has been fired or personally transferred to you at your FFL, federal regulation classifies it as used. All sales of used firearms are final. This is not a shop policy — it’s federal law.
Ammunition (no returns)
Due to safety regulations governing the handling of ammunition once it has left our warehouse, we do not accept ammunition returns. Please verify caliber and quantity before completing checkout.
Accessories (30-day return window)
Unopened accessories, optics, holsters and triggers may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Opened or installed items: contact (317) 426-0189 before returning — we handle these case-by-case.
Damaged in transit
If your firearm arrives damaged, do not accept the package from your FFL. Have the FFL note the damage on the UPS receipt and we’ll ship a replacement from our Indianapolis stock, typically within 24 hours.
