This barreled action uses Bergara’s standard Remington 700 footprint. It will drop into any stock or chassis designed for a Remington 700 short action (including triggers and bottom metal). We have customers running them in McMillan, Manners, KRG, and MDT setups.
Does it include a trigger?
No, the barreled action does not come with a trigger. You will need to supply your own. Most guys use a TriggerTech or a Jewell. The action accepts any trigger designed for a Remington 700 short action.
Is the barrel threaded? Can I run a suppressor?
Yes, the barrel is threaded 5/8×24 and comes with a thread protector. It is gassed for suppressed use, so you can run a can without any issues. Just make sure your suppressor is rated for 6.5 PRC pressures.
