What we collect
When you place an order we collect: your name, shipping address, billing address, email, phone, the firearm SKUs ordered, and the name and address of your chosen FFL dealer. We do not collect or store your credit card number — all payment data is tokenized through our PCI-DSS compliant processor.
What we do with it
Order fulfillment: we share your name and the firearm details with your chosen FFL so they can complete the ATF Form 4473 in person. Shipping: we share your FFL’s address (not your home address) with UPS. Email: we use your email to send order confirmations and tracking — not marketing, unless you opt in.
What we don’t do
We do not sell your data. We do not share customer lists with third parties. We do not keep records of your searches on the site beyond the standard web server logs (30-day retention).
ATF records
Federal law requires us to maintain a bound book of firearm transactions. This book is kept at our Indianapolis location, is available only to ATF inspectors, and is retained per ATF regulation (currently 20 years before transfer to the ATF).
Cookies
We use session cookies to keep items in your cart and remember your FFL choice across pages. We use Google Analytics to understand site traffic — anonymized, aggregated only.
