Description
The P365-XMACRO gives you a full-size grip and 17+1 capacity in a package that still conceals like a much smaller gun. We’ve had these on our shelves since fall 2025, and the return rate is low — customers get exactly what they expect. This is for anyone who wants a serious carry gun without the bulk. At 6.7 oz on our scale, it pulls its weight without pulling your pants down.

What Buyers Ask
Will this work with my holster for a standard P365?
No, the XMACRO has a longer grip and a different rail profile. You need a holster specifically for the P365-XMACRO. The rail fits the 1913 standard, so many light-bearing holsters work with the right light.
Does it feed steel-case ammo reliably?
We’ve tested it with both brass and steel case ammunition in our range sessions. It feeds reliably with both. We still recommend a break-in of 100-200 rounds of brass before switching to steel, but it’s not required.
Can I use higher-capacity magazines?
The factory 17-round magazine is flush-fit. Sig also makes a 20-round extended magazine that works in this gun. No aftermarket mods needed.
