Does this rifle come with a scope base or rings?
No. The receiver is drilled and tapped for the Fierce proprietary rail (sold separately) or you can use standard Remington 700 footprint bases. Rings are not included.
Can I shoot this without the muzzle brake?
Yes. The brake is threaded on with a jam nut. You can remove it and install a thread protector (not included) or a suppressor. Recoil will be noticeably sharper without the brake.
