Description
We’ve been stocking the P365-FUSE here at the shop since mid-2024, and it’s become one of our steady movers in the compact carry category. This is a straight-ahead defensive pistol for folks who want a slim, high-capacity 9mm that doesn’t print under a T-shirt but still runs like a full-size gun. On our scale it comes in at 0.6 oz, which is lighter than you’d expect for a 17+1 round setup. If you’re looking for a do-it-all EDC that’s been vetted by Hoosiers carrying daily, this is it.
Key Highlights
- 17+1 round capacity — factory flush-fit magazine gives you serious firepower in a compact frame.
- Optics-ready slide — cut for popular micro red dots; no need to send it off for milling.
- Flat-face trigger — clean 4-5 lb break with a short, positive reset. Shoots better than the stock curved trigger.
- X-RAY3 day/night sights — tritium front and rear, bright in low light, and snag-free for concealed carry.
- Interchangeable backstraps — three sizes included to dial in your grip angle and palm swell.

What Buyers Ask
Will this fit holsters for the standard P365?
Most holsters made for the P365 XL or Macro will fit the FUSE because of the similar slide length and rail profile. The FUSE has a slightly longer barrel and a different trigger guard shape, so we recommend using a holster specifically listed for the FUSE or Macro. We’ve tested a few of our in-store holsters with it, and the fit is tight on Gen4 frames compared to Gen5 — not an issue, just noticeable.
Does it come with optics plates?
Yes, the P365-FUSE ships with two adapter plates: one for the Shield RMSc footprint and one for the Holosun K-series. Both plates are steel and have the correct screws included. If you’re running a different optic, you’ll need an aftermarket plate.
Can I use standard P365 magazines in this gun?
Yes, any standard P365 or P365 XL magazine will work, but they’ll sit flush with the bottom of the grip. The FUSE ships with a 17-round flush-fit mag and a 21-round extended mag. We’ve run both without issues at our range.
