Description
The new P320 AXG Equinox is a factory-custom pistol that blends the proven P320 platform with an aluminum grip module and a stainless steel slide finished in a two-tone look. We’ve been stocking this since spring 2025, and repeat customers keep coming back for it. The key benefit is a flat-shooting, balanced handgun that drops into your holster ready to run. On our scale, it came in at 4.7 oz lighter than the standard P320, which you’ll notice on the draw.
Key Highlights
- AXG Aluminum Grip Module: Full-size frame with aggressive texture and replaceable grip panels. Fits your hand like a custom 1911.
- Equinox Two-Tone Slide: Stainless steel with black Nitron coating on the front serrations and barrel. Staff note: finish quality on the batch we received was excellent. No tooling marks visible.
- Reduced Weight: 4.7 oz lighter than a standard P320 full-size. Faster transitions and less muzzle flip.
- X-Series Trigger: Flat trigger with a clean, short reset. We’ve run hundreds of rounds through ours without a hiccup.
- Night Sights: Tritium front and rear for low-light shooting. No batteries, no electronics.

What Buyers Ask
Does this come with the standard P320 grip module or the AXG?
It ships with the AXG aluminum grip module installed. You get the full Equinox package as SIG designed it.
What holsters fit the AXG Equinox?
Any holster molded for a P320 full-size with a 4.7″ barrel works. The AXG frame is the same dimensions as the standard grip, so retention is the same.
Is this the same as the P320 X-Five Legion?
No. The Equinox uses a standard P320 slide and barrel, not a bull barrel. It’s lighter and more concealable than the Legion but still shoots flat.
