Will this fit my Glock 19 Gen4?
Yes. In our testing, we installed it on a Gen4 frame with no modifications. The slide locked up tight, and the recoil spring channel cleared properly.

Does it come with mounting screws?
Yes, the package includes two #6-32 and two M4 screws. We checked each kit before shipping — all four screws were present and properly threaded.
What holster works with this slide?
Any holster that fits a standard Glock 19 slide will work. The SAWTOOTH Direct is the same external dimensions as OEM. We’ve used it with Safariland, Vedder, and Kydex customs with no issues.
Is the fiber optic front sight replaceable?
Yes, the front sight uses a standard Glock dovetail. You can swap it for any aftermarket sight. The fiber optic rod is 1mm, and you can replace it with any .125” width rod.
Does it work with suppressor-height sights?
If you want co-witness with a red dot, you’ll need to buy a separate suppressor-height rear. The included rear is standard height. We’ve seen customers use a .285” tall rear for a lower 1/3 co-witness with a Holosun 407K.
What’s the return rate on this slide?
Low — under 4% in our data since mid-2024. Most returns were for fitment issues on non-Glock frames (like the PSA Dagger, which required a slight extractor chamfer).
