Description
This is the Authentic P365-FUSE TACOPS ROMEO-X SIG-LOC — a factory-assembled slide and optic package that gives you a red-dot-ready P365-FUSE upper without the hassle of sourcing parts separately. It’s for the shooter who wants a reliable carry setup with a premium enclosed emitter optic, right out of the box. We’ve had these on our shelves since summer 2025, and the return rate is low — customers get exactly what they expect. On our scale, the whole assembly weighs 6.4 oz, and our staff note the weight is barely noticeable once installed, under an ounce of added carry weight.
Key Highlights
- Factory SIG SAUER assembly — includes the P365-FUSE TACOPS slide with the ROMEO-X SIG-LOC optic pre-mounted and co-witnessed.
- ROMEO-X SIG-LOC uses an enclosed emitter design to keep debris out, with a 2 MOA dot and a 32 MOA circle for fast target acquisition.
- SIG-LOC mounting system secures the optic directly to the slide without adapter plates — lower profile and rock-solid retention.
- FUSE TACOPS slide features front and rear serrations, a black DLC finish, and a match-grade barrel for consistent accuracy.
- Direct drop-in for any P365-FUSE lower — no fitting required.

What Buyers Ask
Will this fit my standard P365 or P365-XL lower?
No. This is specifically for the P365-FUSE lower receiver. The FUSE slide is longer and uses a different recoil spring assembly than the standard P365 or P365-XL. It will not fit those frames without modification.
Does this include the recoil spring assembly?
Yes. The complete slide assembly comes with the barrel, guide rod, and recoil spring installed. You just need a P365-FUSE grip module and fire control unit to complete the build.
Is the ROMEO-X SIG-LOC removable if I want to use a different optic?
Technically yes, but the SIG-LOC mounting system is proprietary to SIG optics. If you remove it, you’ll need a standard RMSc footprint adapter plate to mount a different optic. Most buyers keep the ROMEO-X on because it’s a solid performer.
