Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to purchase handguns and ammunition for handguns, or at least 18 years old to purchase long guns and long-gun ammunition. You must not be prohibited from possessing firearms under federal or state law. By placing an order you affirm you meet these requirements and you will pass the ATF Form 4473 background check at your FFL.
Firearm transfers
All firearm sales are subject to completion of ATF Form 4473 and a NICS background check at your chosen FFL dealer. If your background check is denied, the firearm returns to our Indianapolis warehouse and you receive a refund minus outbound and return shipping.
Pricing and availability
We make every effort to keep pricing and inventory accurate. If a pricing error or stock-out occurs after you place an order, we will contact you before shipping to offer the corrected price or a full refund.
Returns
See our returns policy. In short: unfired firearms returnable within 3 days, fired firearms final sale per federal regulation.
Prohibited uses
You may not use this site to attempt to purchase firearms for another person (straw purchase), attempt to evade federal or state firearms law, or purchase from a jurisdiction where we cannot ship.
Limitation of liability
Our maximum liability on any transaction is limited to the purchase price of the product. We do not accept liability for misuse of firearms or ammunition sold through our site.
Indiana jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Marion County, Indiana.
