The Sig Sauer P365X is a 9mm striker-fired pistol with a polymer frame and a 3.1-inch barrel in the sub-compact size. It has an optics-ready slide, 3-dot XRAY3 day/night sights, an ambidextrous manual thumb safety and an accessory rail, all in a Nitron finish. Two 12-round magazines come with it. The listing is new, with a stock photo.
In Indiana this is mainly a carry and home-defense pistol, and the sub-compact frame suits a buyer who wants a small gun for everyday carry. Indiana requires no permit to purchase, no firearm registration and no state waiting period, but the dealer still runs a federal NICS check, and handgun buyers must be 21 or older. An Indiana License to Carry a Handgun does not replace that check at the counter.
