Is this considered a pistol or a rifle?
It’s sold as a pistol with an arm brace, not a stock. That means you can legally have a short barrel without a tax stamp, as long as you don’t attach a vertical foregrip or convert it to a rifle. Check your local laws — we recommend consulting a firearms attorney if you’re unsure.
Will this run with standard AR-15 magazines?

POF covers the Constable with a limited lifetime warranty for the original owner. If something breaks due to materials or workmanship, they’ll fix or replace it. We’ve seen very few warranty claims on these — they’re built tough.
